Martijn
Bunk and Dries Borggreve had already worked together for several years, before
their established B&B Vastgoed Amsterdam in 1998. B&B Vastgoed
Amsterdam initially intended to be a realestate developing company.
Start renting out apartments
After
some years B&B Vastgoed Amsterdam began
with renting out some of these apartments to foreigners. This became more
important and in 2007 B&B Vastgoed Amsterdam completely focused on “short stay apartment

example, they began to build in the Marnixstraat. In this street were four of
the five apartments. The renovated first floor was building and design by a
contractor. The apartments were also given a second, third and fourth floor.

Doing their own bookings
From
2007 the reservations were made by a booking agent, but after several years, the
need to arrange the bookings themselves grow. In order to do this, a website
was created. This website was launched in 2008. Now the people could easily
make an online booking. Nowadays this site provides for approximately 80% of
